Unlock your confidence, self-trust and peace of mind with Rapid Transformational Therapy
What is RTT – Rapid Transformational Therapy
Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) is a revolutionary therapy technique that combines the benefits of hypnosis, NLP, and cognitive-behavioral therapy to create lasting improvements in a surprisingly short amount of time – right from the very first session.
RTT was developed by the popular English therapist Marisa Peer as a way to break past limiting beliefs and unlock your potential, and has a proven track record of extraordinary results for those who try it (often far beyond their expectations!).
What people use RTT to achieve
People of all ages – children, adolescents and adults – can benefit from RTT by working with a professional who can guide them through the process.
Rapid Transformational Therapy is often used as a tool to address things such as:
- Achieving and maintaining your ideal weight
- Building self-confidence
- Reducing/eliminating stress
- Resolving career issues
- Improving self-esteem
- Achieving your goals
- Removing money-related blocks
- Resolving relationship issues
- Assisting with cell regeneration
- Working with past life influences
How does an RTT session work?
All RTT sessions take place on Zoom calls. Before our session together, I’ll send you a special questionnaire to get background information on what you want use RTT to work on, and what challenges you’re facing with your issues or goals at the present moment.
After receiving your completed questionnaire, we’ll meet briefly to review and evaluate your answers.
Then during our RTT session together (which will range from 90 to 120 minutes), we’ll explore the events that originally created the problems that are affecting you today.
This is a critical part of the resolving process, because even when we know (or believe we know) the possible causes of our issues (such as traumatic events we remember well), we do not remember the conclusions we have drawn and the limiting beliefs that originated from our interpretation of the event.
That belief, which may have been protecting and helping us so far, is now “outdated”, and becomes an obstacle to our evolution. During our session together, we’ll “update” your beliefs to ones that will empower you and allow you to finally move forward with confidence.
Once we understand our limiting beliefs and what we need to do about them, we can liberate ourselves from those limitations and begin to transform our mindset and our life. We can often accomplish this in one single session, removing the existing mental conditioning that creates and perpetuates your problems.
This lays the groundwork for your transformation, and to help you maintain your new mindset and direction, you’ll also receive a special recording to listen to each day for the next 21 to 28 days to allow the new beliefs to become permanently installed.
Listening to your audio recording each day for those 3 weeks is essential to creating the lasting change that you’re looking for, so after our session, you’ll need to remain committed to listening to it each day.
Listening to the transformation is essential to expand the success and results of the work you have done – so as with any transformational work, your level of commitment and motivation to change will make all the difference in the results you experience.
How much is an RTT session?
Individual RTT sessions are normally $444.
However, the current promotional cost is only $222 and includes:
- a preparation audio
- our two-hour session together
- transformative audio to listen to for 21/28 days.
Note: Should you want a more in-depth transformation (of your whole life!), I have created a personalized program to offer a wide range of positive outcomes over a 12-week timeframe. You can read all the details on this page.
“I felt braver, more confident, and stronger right away.”
“I didn’t know what to expect, I was curious, excited, and even a little scared.
During and after the session I experienced a strong, deep relaxation. Elisa’s words guided me and the subconscious mind followed along.
I must say that for me RTT was like a concentration of psychoanalytic sessions. What amazed me the most is the ease and speed with which past situations, which had caused me issues and blocks, emerged in such a clear and direct way.
In the following days, I felt braver, more confident, and stronger right away.
I continued to listen to Elisa’s recording for 28 days and the relaxation I felt was gradually becoming deeper and deeper.
This practice can really help everyone to unblock the emotional situations that hinder everyday life.
I am so grateful to Elisa for giving me the opportunity to feel better and live more peacefully. ” *

FAQs about RTT – Rapid Transformational Therapy
What is Hypnosis and how does it work?
Hypnosis is a state of deep relaxation, similar to meditation. The person is always present and in control, only in a state where the brain waves are more relaxed and receptive, such as before falling asleep or when we daydream.
How many sessions do I need?
Most people say they receive extreme benefits from the very first session. For more complex issues, and to benefit most from RTT, more sessions may be necessary (at least three).
*Results cannot be guaranteed, moreover, results from individual testimonials are for reference only and your own personal experience may differ from those shown on this site.
Please note: RTT is an approach to treatment that focuses on resolving significant past events believed to be interfering with a person’s present mental and emotional wellness. Only people with sound mental health who are confident that a review of past events will not adversely impact their emotional or mental health should participate. We request that you do not participate in regression therapy if you have any past or existing concerns about your mental health.
