Well…now you know how to start a new year any day of the year.
But how to actually have it be a NEW one? And what does make it NEW actually?
It’s certainly not enough to declare it and then go ahead with the same look on yourself.
Because feeling stuck and afraid it’s not fun. Waiting for external validation is a prison.
Negative thinking corrupts our best intentions and we seem to lose more and more the connection with that beautiful place in ourselves… the one where there’s knowing, beauty and love.
Look around. How does someone who’s feeling frustrated and unfulfilled behave?
Would you say a beautiful, inspiring energy is around them when they’re in those states?
I’d say the mind is taking them on a rollercoaster. I’ve been there too.
And how about yourself? Are you able to be at your best, when you feel bogged down by insecurity and fear?
Fear of not being enough, of making the wrong choices, of not being able to correct your course of action. Of displeasing someone. The list goes on.
And although there are many other layers to all this – layers that at times need to be addressed on a different level – we all have the power to activate awareness and make different choices.
That’s what living a Soul-centered life entails.
That’s why living a Soul-centered life can make a difference for you.
And those choices can take us a step closer (or further away) from what we desire the most.
So a new year can start with a new idea of YOU. Of who you’ve been and who you’ll be, from now on. It starts with a renewed vision, anchored in your values and gently inspired by your Inner Wisdom. It starts with looking at what is right now – with honesty – and grows with the steps you decide to walk, or not.
It’s way more practical than I am probably able to explain right now.
But I WANT to tell you!
So please, take the time to consider joining me for a chat.
We’ll start Thursday, April 26th at 1:30 pm PST. We’ll go over the topic for the day and I’ll tell you everything I really feel useful sharing with you. And, you’ll get to ask me questions, if you have any.
I’d like it to be heartfelt, and light-filled. Like Spirit.
